Shipping
We ship from within the European Union to customers around the world. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Estimated delivery once dispatched:
- France & European Union: 2–5 business days
- International: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and can vary by carrier and destination.
Shipping rates & free shipping. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination. Where free shipping is available, it applies automatically once your order reaches the qualifying amount for your region — the exact shipping cost and any free‑shipping threshold for your location are always shown at checkout before you pay.
Duties & taxes. Orders within France and the EU include VAT. For most international destinations, any applicable duties and import taxes are calculated and included at checkout (Delivered Duty Paid), so you won’t face unexpected charges on delivery.
Tracking. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking, where available, once your order is on its way.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your order. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving it, subject to the conditions below.
Eligible items. For health and hygiene reasons, supplements and consumable products can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and with their seal intact. In line with EU consumer‑protection rules, sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery are not eligible for return for health or hygiene reasons.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 14 days and we’ll put it right at no cost to you — including return shipping and a replacement or full refund.
Return shipping. For change‑of‑mind returns of eligible (unopened) items, return postage is the customer’s responsibility. For faulty or incorrect items, we cover it.
How to start a return. Email contact@auralenti.care or message us on WhatsApp at +33 4 94 62 14 38 with your order number and the reason for return, and we’ll send you instructions.
Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund your original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping charges are non‑refundable except where the item was faulty or incorrect.
