Psyllium husk is the outer seed coat of Plantago ovata, milled to a fine powder. It is composed almost entirely of soluble mucilaginous fibre, which absorbs many times its weight in water and forms a gel.
Pure husk powder — no additives, fillers or flow agents. 400 g. Take 5–10 g stirred into at least 250 ml of water or juice and drink immediately, followed by a further glass of water. Vegan, gluten-free, non-GMO.
